    I know that it is not a popular belief to hold on this board that IBS is real, but I'm starting to think it is. I've been gluten and legume free for quite awhile- have tried eliminating many other things including nightshades, dairy etc. but it seems to make no difference. I think that for me it may be a hormonal issue and wondering if anyone else experiences...

    OK- who does the cooking? Your wife? Or do you guys tend to do more fast food (like frozen etc) because of the time crunch? I KNOW it's really hard when you've got to work, tend to 2 kids and all but I'm thinking if you need convenient food....there are still options and if your wife does the cooking, there are even more options. OK- convenient gluten...
