You're going to need to decontaminate. Go through your kitchen and collect and dispose of anything containing Wheat, Rye or Barley (that includes Rice Krispies cereal, sorry) and then do a thorough cleaning to get rid of any crumbs, etc. in your cabinets and pantry.
