  2. I have always been a major gum chewer... I work with clients all day long and my breath has to be fresh... anyone know if sugar free chewing gum like trident or orbit (my favs) are gluten free? I can't tell by the ingredients they list... all tech names.
  3. I'm new to this whole celiac thing... and there are absolutely no healthy markets or health food stores nearby... I have to travel an hour to Portland ME to find this... anyway... on my first trip to Portland I went to Wild Oats... but I also noticed there was a Whole Foods market... which one is more gluten free/wheat free friendly as well as less costly...
  4. As a personal fitness trainer... I can probably give you some insight... please keep in mind that this is all off the top of my head... and not to be construed as medical advice... Anyway... our bodies require energy to perform all sorts of tasks... even sleeping... and we all must take in a certain amount of calories and nutrients to ensure that our bodies...

I would recommend checking with your gym about their personal trainer(s)... the gym that I work for part-time pays me to write programs and train their members... by working for them I don't have to pay rent to train my private clients... so maybe other gyms are offering personal training which is included in the membership... no addtl. fees...

    ARCHIVED Sit Ups Cause Pain

    If you really feel you need to have your sit ups... try crunches... smaller range of motion but more effective than sit ups... better yet if you have a gym that uses pin loaded machines... check out what their ab machines have to offer... some are okay provided you perform the exercise properly...

  9. Okay I'm sorta new at this... but I did some research and found this site for gluten free personal care products: Open Original Shared Link As far as stuff you can buy at Walmart... I found out that Garnier Fructis products do not contain wheat or gluten... or at least as far as I know... and I spoke w/ a Garnier Fructis rep who confirmed the same... ...
