    Thanks everyone for your support!! Emmah has a tummy ache & the D but she's going to live. U just made some yummy cho chip cookies that I am hoping she will try. she wouldn't eat this am because of her tummy but not that she's been to the washroom a few times I am hoping she will eat.     So I did C& P my op to them & asked that they consider changing the color of the gluten-free boxes so they aren't the same as the NON gluten-free boxes. Her tummy is sore but I knew that was going to happen. I will be MUCH more careful from now on!! Thanks everyone I feel much better.

    I swear you are all the best!!! I don't know what I would do without this site!! I will start the water pushing right after she's done her gluten-free milkshake. I've learnt my lesson that's for sure. I threw them in the trash as soon as we got home. I would have kept them for DD#1 but I didn't want to have another accident.

    Ya we are in Canada too I should have noted that. I have all my recipts so I am hopeful that the Dr will give me a letter. I know that I also only get the difference.     I would like to claim e's foods on our income tax but we need a note from the dr. Has anyone had a doctor write it up with only AMAZING dietary response? I am sure Emmah's ped will want to but I'm not 100 % sure if he can without breaking some law or oath. TIA

    ya she's pretty text book lol. We just can't figure out why the ttg's are coming back neg but like the ped said, no test is 100 precent & from what I am told it's not very accurate in young children.     Sorry about the spelling mistakes & I also ment to say that she was full of gas all the time and so on. she's been glutened & get's very ill & gets the D from it, there is no doubt about her dx's.

    I was already sportting a bump when I found out with dd#1 they were sure I was haivng twins and even after many ultrasounds said I "we should have seen baby # 2 by now" so I wan't having twins(I had many complications and weekly ultrasounds the last6 months, no second baby ever showed. just a huge baby. 10 1/2 lbs.

    Isn't it great to see them thrive. my DD gained 3/4 lb in 2 weeks and at her month check up gained 1 full inch. she'll be 4 in feb & hasn't grown in height since she was 18 months. It's SOOO great. Congrats & I know how good it feels.

    I wan't aware there was such a thing. Someone had given me a list of soups that were safe in canada and it included habitant pea with smoked ham, when my dh was reading the lable it said hydrolized corn gluten. I sound really dumb but I've never heard of it. I would think it's gluten so it's not safe but is that true? Thanks I'm confused!!! LOL
