See my son ran a low grade fever also when he ate gluten and he was just under a year old.... the doctors swore that running a fever was impossible... My heart told me that this was something at the time .. I just had no idea what. But I fought and fought with my doctor and finally left. BUt my baby turns pale and just looks weird .. then vomits. ... -

Have you thought of ordering the pies out.. that are gluten.. and or making the ones you want to eat with gluten free flour. the post of the flour is someplace here. ... But then that way if you order them out you dont have to gluten ize your home.

Help .. I need an opinion.. what is better .. Or who should I get to treat my 1 year old... a peditrician who specializes in Celiac . ( this is what I have now... a gastro intestinal ( all childrens hospital doctor ... and a regular peditrician . Is there such a thing as a celiac doctor in Sarasota area. I am at a loss . I was reading someplace here... ( sorry my mind is just not working... ) that the kids are breaking out from using WHEAT shampoo and products.... GOD i feel like another bolt of lightning has just hit me... I never realized that gluten is in shampoo... and hand lotion and on the backs of stamps .. in soda... See I am not sure we took a test that was 400$ from a lab in California... It was for Celiac. I am trying to put this all together .. SO when I go back to the doctor , I have a plan of defense. With my hesitancy to keep feeding him these foods... My tests are probably not going to show any allergy .. because I have not given him anything but rice.. to substuite... -

thanks everyone for the answers..... I have been reading almost the whole web site... The thought of having Celiac disease... is scary... He wants to eat regular food.. But I think that through reading all this .. My middle son has sensory intergration .. Or POS NOD .. Non specific AULTISUM.... and they say there is no link with type 2 diabetis .. my dad... -

Okay.. I realize this may be allready an old question and story.(HISTORY ) My baby is 1 year.. at 4 months he caught ROTO Virus... had it really bad,, had to be hospitalized. Okay went back to feeding him cerals .. Vomit at 5 months each time he was fed cereal... went to specialist .. and was tested for Celaic .. CAME UP NEGATIVE..( QUESTION) okay.. NOW...
