I assumed ( first mistake) it was fine as when she introduced me to them I was just really begining to understand my Celiac and gluten awareness. A label said " no naturally...

  15. Hi there, The first time I was in church after going gluten-free I was with my boyfriend and I wasnt thinking about it at all and I grabbed a piece of cracker and the little juice ( Protestant church), and waited for the pastor to give the cue. 19. Hi there, I find that it can totally depend. Usually if I have gluten i feel it within a few hours. Headache and Foggy head are the first symptoms and then for the next day or two I'll have bad stomach and need a toilet close by. It depends on how much gluten though. I was badly glutened over christmas and I am still feeling it 3 weeks later!
