Lets see, off the top of my head:
1 cube butter
1 cube margarine (gluten-free of course)
3/4cup sugar
3/4cup brown sugar
1tsp salt
1tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/4 cup flour (I use gluten-free flower, or a combination of rice/grabonzo/tapioca - freehand mix, just don't use too much bean flower)
If you want to add a really good twist, add some crushed...
Hmm, well I just did the reverse move. Bend, OR to South Lake Tahoe. I haven't been to any GIG meetings, but I know Cynthia personally - based on that the meetings will be worth the effort. Also on Vashon is Camp Sealth - the Boys/Girls Club camp that has a gluten-free session intermixed with the rest of camp. Both of my kids will be there again this summer...
