    HEY ALL OMGs think we have been cross contiminating my gluten-free daughter!! Kraft Mac & Cheese is NOT gluten-free, BUT the cheese mix is.. What did we do wrong?? OMGS.. Take the Cheese mix out of the box, and FORGOT to wash hands-- why touched Glutened package and then TOUCHED gluten-free PASTA!! HOW IS THAT FOR DUMB!!!!!!!!!!!!! OK...

    Oh JOss,, get rid of it please.. You should buy McCormicks spices- they list everything that is in them. If there is nothing listed besides the spice- then there is nothing added to them. Try using nutmeg. A friend of mine puts nutmeg (just a tiny bit) and regular cinammon on hers..she also uses that and makes sweet potato fries. or how about Yucca...

    Hi all my rock leader gave me this.. i bought it and its great.. It is called "A Guide through the Medicine Cabinet.. It lists most drugs-- the woman who compiled and wrote this book her husband was a pharmacist - the last update was 2006 and alot of the drug co's are starting not to give her help anymore-- but it is still great.. it lists everything brand...

    HI, ok here we go.. McCormicks-- the Vanilla is gluten-free-- why? because the "alchol" in it is snythesized-- it is man made-- they told me it is safe- I use it for my daughter -- in her pancakes to add a little extra flavor-- she has had no problems.. Mc Cormicks is great- if they add something to their products it is listed on there. glgl lynn
