    well i never tried the cheese. I havent even taken the pills again since the first night. I was in bed for 99 percent of the day yesterday. I think my body was reacting to getting the arsenic out with the foot pads. I have also been eating lots of different foods that bind to arsenic.     You can still b/f after an c/s. I only b/f him for 2 days. My milk never came in and he was jaundice really bad. He was born 6 weeks early also. I never went on abx after the surgery.
