    Thanks everyone. I guess i have lots to research and figure out. They did send me a list of foods that they want me to eliminate. It is mostly the stuff i have already given up: gluten, soy, dairy. But I also have to give up citrus, eggs and peanuts. paula

    I wanted to add germanium is low also. I dont even know what that is. Im thinking the arsenic is high cause there was arsenic in the water, they said it wasnt an dangerous amount tho. I wonder if the magnesium was high due to detox baths, but I hadnt take an bath in the last week or 2 of the testing. paula

    The 50 dollar kit is new. You can now get the prssed powder in them. I am going to order one of those kits asap, well as soon as I know if they are going to have a new special or not.I think after this kit, I will be done. I have no room in my case as it is.     Birdy, The whole house has been tested for mold, we only have dead mold spores that we are killing in the boiler room as we speak. Once those are all dead, the house will be mold free. paula

When i worked and was in college, i would be lucky to get 4 hours sleep, i worked graveyards alot. Then after that I got married and popped out 4 kids in 5 years, so i never slept then lol.     I was just wondering how much sleep does everyone get. Like hat time do u usually go to bed and what time do you get up, When I read that carla gets up at 10, it made me think of this. I go to bed between 9-11 and get up at about 5 every morning. If I sleep in it is til 6 am. paula

    Well I would go Gluten-free Casein-free and see if you feel better. If after 6 weeks, you do not feel better, i would look into other issues that can make you gluten intolerant. Examples of that are lyme disease, mold or metal toxicity or candida. What were your symptome that made you test threw enterolab. paula
