Have you had your vitamin D checked. Mine was so low that I had breathing problems and no energy. My hair was falling out also. I took 10,000iu every second day (prescription) for 2 months. Finally started getting better. Once being diagnosed Celiac and avoiding gluten started to gain weight and get better. I take 5000 iu of vitamin D daily now. Hope you... -

I was diagnosed with Celiac 2 years ago and started right away on gluten-free diet, however a year ago I started getting acid reflux. Could it be food choices not sure as it doesn't matter what I eat that sets it off. -

Before I was confirmed Celiac I had breathing problems. Sent me for the lung test and apparently I passed. But now that I am on track seem to be ok. One thing that was wrong at the time was my vitamin D was dangerously low so put on 10,000 iu every second day and then I started feeling more like my old self . Try 4000iu a day and see if it stops.
