    unless you put your hair in your mouth it doesnt matter. The gluten has to reach your intestine, which means it has to be ingested.

    Does anyone else a hay fever feeling when glutened. Pressure between the eyes and a headache. It feels like spring allergies, but it only happens when glutened. Anyone else get the stuffy head feeling.

    As long as you have regular bowel movements, it is completely unnecessary. Go to dr weil.com and see what he says. Some people may feel better, but it is completely psychological. dont do one.

    What exactly causes the weakness and fatigue after a glutening. I dont have any vitamin deficiencies or malabsorption problems. Why the weakness in my legs and arms and heavy eyes?

    Are you referring to 50-150nmol/l or ng/l My doctor said sufficient vitamin d is between 32-100ng/L. Is it dangerous to take supplements in case of toxicity. Do the cod liver pills work good, and what size dose?

    B12=1328 it was 570 and then i started taking sublingual 2500mcg b12 supp (my doctor said to quit taking the supplement because it was high now.) Vitamin D=34 Magnesiun= 1.9mg

    How long until i get my energy back. I was glutened Saturday, so it has been 4 days and i still have no energy and red irritated eyes. I just want my energy level back. Iwas starting to feel good before this.

    I got glutened bad at a wedding i believe. I also got trashed (Wine)and was vomitting the whole day Sunday. I felt okay yesterday, but today i have major weakness in my arms and legs, and am exhausted. Why do i feel worse today than yesterday. What are some great remedies to recover ASAP. Thanks Guys!     I have been gluten free for 3 months. Does anyone else only have head symptoms. I have a stuffy head, red blood shot eyes, fatigue, an.d mild dizziness. I dont have any malabsorption issues and i have regular bowel movements. Anyone relate?????
