I am also planning a trip to San Diego this month. I believe that there is a PF Changs in town, and also an Outback Steakhouse. I have heard that both of these have gluter-free menus available. I'm hoping to find some places that have good, fresh seafood, that will be gluten free. I hope you have a great time on your trip! -

Does anyone know of a gluten free shampoo and conditioner combination? I was previouly using Pantene's 2in1 products, but I've been told they have gluten in them. I've been trying other shampoos, but my hair is really fine, and it's not doing so well. I'm really hoping that there's at least a good shampoo that I can use, if not a combo product. Thanks...

The oats themselves may be considered gluten free (which I believe is still a debateable question), but cross contamination may come from how they are processed. If they are processed on the same equipment used for items that contain gluten, then you may glutened despite your careful choices. The label does not always indicate how it was processed. The... -

It's a software product that you can buy for either your computer or your PDA. I have the one for the PDA, and I bought it on this website. You enter in the UPC code from any prodeuct, and if it is in the database, it will tell you if the product has gluten in it. I recently purchased the Gluten Guard product through this website. I'm wondering though how accurate it is. I've seen several people say that Pantene products were safe, but every one I tried came up as having gluten in it. Anyone else have any experience with this? -

We did pretty well on our shopping trip, but I have not been able to find any Tinkyada pasta yet.
