    HI LuAnn, Welcome, I am the opisite of you I put on 30 lbs on regular food, I sometimes would barely eat anything and still gain.     Hi, I found some vitamins at Target, i think that they are at Walmart too, but I went to Target and the Have Nature Made prenatal vits they do say on the back free of preservatives, yeast and gluten. And my Target had them in the bigger bottle 180 ct for $12.99 and the smaller 90 ct for 7.99 and it was a twin pack so I got them, even though I am not pregante...

    It sounds like you need to get your liver levels checked that could be a sign of liver problems, or your bili rubin might be off a little. I know that my babies at work when there bili is high there skin turns orange which is not pretty. Or you could be eating too many carrots. But I would defiantly get your liver check that could be very serious. donna

    I only gained 12lbs with my daughter when I had her, my Dr. was not worried at all. My daughter took up alot of room so when I ate I could only eat a few bits and I was full but I also drank alot of water actually craved it and I ate little meals here and there because I would get full fast.     I have been looking at the pre-nat vitimins at Walgreens, since we are still talking about another baby, and I have seen one that says No Gluten, No Preservatives and they are $12 - $16. I will look at Walmart, and Target to look there. donna

    The only reason why I asked the C-section question is because I see alot of older mothers here at work get c/s mostly because of the Doctors are lazy and don't want to wait around for the mom to push and such but I hope that if I do get pregnate that my doctor will be helpful in this area and respect what I want.
