My primary doc recently ran a fasting blood test for cholesterol, glucose, etc. Got the results yesterday, & saw that my triglycerides are below the normal range (normal is 35-160 mg/dl and mine is 27), and my alkaline phosphatase (ALP) is below normal too (normal is 35-115 U/L and mine is 31). I would think that if you contacted Enterolab directly with your questions about reliability, they would be able to let you know. I've called them with several questions recently, & they've been very helpful to me over the phone. Plus, the instructions do state that for adults too, several stool samples can be collected until enough is there for the test... -

So, has anyone out there had the EGD (endoscopy/Upper G.I.) without the sedation? Hi gfpaperdoll, Yes, most of my symptoms are neurological. My rheumatologist told me I have fibromyalgia last December, then told me "I could give you morphine & it wouldn't help the pain any", & basically said I need to do core strengthening exercises to help my whole body get stronger. So I finally got all my test results back from Prometheus, and everything was negative (all antibodies as well as the genetic markers).
