Hi, Are you anemic and taking extra iron. That may cause your nausea too. When I felt nauseaus it was because I was eating foods high in iron, like artichokes, spinach, eggplant, but I needed the iron to be absorbed with like rice. Otherwise I'd be nauseaous.
