How about buying yerself a nice ficus (or other indoor small tree or large foliaged plant) and decorating that every year. Oh!!!! Wait!!!!     I personally vote for the pound puppy. Our current dog and our previous dog were both animal shelter dogs. Mixed breeds tend to have less gentic issues. Both of our dogs were about 6 months. We absolutely did not miss the puppy stage where you have to get up in the middle of the night because they don't have a big enough bladder. House training took...

    Wow Amanda . . . that IS scary . . . and IMO she DOES deserve to lose her job over this. Hope John starts improving quickly!!! Drive through pharmacy . . . JoDog takes people meds for her glaucoma. She does need to see the vet soon though for a vaccine update . . . I'll check when they are expecting to add drive-thru services.

    Ummmmm . . . Bloody Friday??? We don't venture out on this day to anything resembling a mall or department store of any kind. I do need to run out for a prescription (FOR THE DOG!!!) a little later but that's it and I can just go through the drive through. The rest of the time shall be spent foruming, reading and pecking picking at the leftover...
