  3. You know I had no idea about Carageenan until a week ago and I can't believe the difference I am feeling now I went off it myself! I tried Soy last night and I had no reaction whatsoever.... baby steps right! Enjoy those lattes! lovelove

  5. I stood for 20 minutes going through every different brand of soy milk... rice milk... oat milk... almond milk...hazelnut milk... and what I found is the only brand WITH NO carageenan is Rice Dream. be well
  6. You could totally add BUTTER or any other dairy milk I think 2% would be great, if you can tolerate it!! I think if you even caramelized the pears & figs in butter would be YUM lol I am dairy & soy free so that is where my head is at when I write these up.   19. We have 2 Dominiques, 2 Australorps, 1 Easter Egger and 1 Golden Laced Wyandotte. We have had them since they were 3 days old.   20. Tinkyada pasta is a godsend. Seriously. I like it better than gluteney ones I used to eat. I also eat lots of hummus.
