  1. I used to love Johnny's but I haven't eaten it in years because I thought it had MSG in it... be well!
  2. I either am like you and lay awake all night and then crash about 8 or 9 am 'or' I sleep HARD for about 14 hours straight. A meteor could land outside my bedroom and I still wouldn't wake up. Sleeping every day until AT LEAST 12 pm drives me bonkers! good luck!
  3. I can't tell you how many things I have "baked" from a mix that has gone right into the garbage can! HAHAHAHHAA It's going to take me some getting used to, I have only been gluten free for like 5 months. I stick with dinner I can't screw that up! Baking will come to me in baby steps!

It's effervescent like kefir but it's not in a dairy based product which I love since I am dairy free! the one I am drinking has blue-green algae, chlorella and kombuca.
