I was happy with how it turned out... since I have been experimenting with baking now and feeling more comfortable with the new flours & stuff, what I have found with the cakes is the texture is not as dry if you don't seperate the eggs. I muh prefer how the batter turns out when you add the whole eggs directly. Have fun!
