    I have had that happen to me... still dunno why... nor the doc. Anyway Ben... take 2 every 4 usually takes a few days to feel better...see the doc and they can at least give you something to help. Hope you feel better.

    I don't know any for chicken of beef... still new at this. BUT I have one for BBQ Pork roast. 4lb Roast pour a can of coke on it and pour a bottle of BBQ sause without gluten. Cook on low 8-10hours Been makeing this forever- always good!

    I think about that stuff now too. My husband is a football coach and we sometimes feed some of the guys dinner troughout the year. Since being diag I am always asking him to make sure none of them have any food alleregies. I feel bad feeding them to much gluten the night b/f a game, so I now make my meetballs and desserts gluten-free. Your gift was thoughtful...

    Since my reaction my skin is messed up... I am now wondering do I have an alleregy?. I am going to go ahead and see an aleregist to be sure. Yeah I think I'll stay away from the pricey oats as well.

    Reading lables is hard... but I do feel the new laws help me... still confused by them. Guess I am just getting used to it all. do you think the oats would contain wheat?

    Yesterday for the first time I mis -read the lable on a box of kix's. I ate 3 pices all excited that I could eat them ... then I realized they contain whole-grain OATS! How could I miss that?! At first I thought I was ok , then a few hours latter I go GI problems and have had them all day today as well. How long do you think it will last? Only been gluten...

    I had a lot of the same symtoms as you for many years... lots of IBS diag. the last few years had been the worst. never had the blood wrk done, have a family history of celiacs, and had an endoscopy they took 2 biops, they said they could not rule out celiacs and there was some damage to the intestant. Just sent me home. after that i felt more frustrated...

    I am so sorry to here that they won't coroperate with you. I was in education and now stay at home with my kids. But I have a good friend who is still a K teacher and she has a few kids on special diets in her class. A helpful tip that she gave me was to pack a special snacks in a lunch box that can be kept in the classroom. Also a lot of schools have rules...

Where do you go in Fairborn? My daughter is just going to be 3 and has lots of gastro problems and since I have had such a positive results from going gluten-free I am taking her...

I have suffered celiac (gastro and others) symptoms from as long as i can remeber ... in the last few years since I have had kids have been the worst (many unexplaned prgo problems,too).
