  1. Hello! I have been gluten-free now since September and I too could not digest yogurt right away. However, I have tried it again, and it really helps my tummy feel better! I have also learned about Kefir, which it amazing stuff, and my body actually seems to crave it now. I figure that has to b a good thing! Also, I am reading a book right now about probiotics...
  2. I was wondering if wine is ok for Celiac's to drink? I noticed that one type of the mead honey wine has yeast in it. Is yeast ok? I think it is, but can't remember whether some kinds are not. Thanks!
  3. Hi! I was just wondering if anyone out there with a problem with Cow's milk is able to digest Goat's or Sheep's? I've figured out that I can't only not digest gluten, but also lactose and soy. Help!
  4. Hey, I discovered these little dears at the grocery store today. However, I wasn't sure what to do with them, so I didn't get any. But, they have tons of protein packed into their little golden selves. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with these Indian beans and if anyone has any good recipies? Thanks so much!
  5. Hi all! I recently was diagnosed and am, shall we say, a tad paranoid right now. I was eating a lot of nuts/almonds after I cut gluten out of my diet, but, was still feeling bad and finally figured out that it must be the nuts/cross contamination. Are there any gluten-free almond brands that people know of other than Blue Diamond? I am having trouble...
  6. Hey, I hope you enjoy your visit! There is a gluten-free Bakery called "Deby's" which makes good stuff, and also a pizza place "Beau Jo's" that makes gluten-free pizza! There is also a gluten-free indian food place, but it is in a suburb. But, they are really good! However, I recommend that you check out the Denver Chapter of the Celiac Sprue Assoc. ...
