  14. I've posted here a few times indicating my frustrations with my diet and lifestyle and now it looks like the saga continues. In addition to having to avoid gluten, dairy, eggs, soy and about 30 other foods I can now add alcohol to the list. I'm not an alcoholic, but nothing is more enjoyable then going out on the town and having a few drinks with my friends...
  15. Thing is I don't feel unique and special now as a result of what happened to me 5 years ago - i don't like what i've turned into. I'm not fun to go out with, I have...
  16. i feel so frustrated because i know deep down all of my digestive issues couldve been avoided if i took appropriate care of myself years ago. All of my problems started after i was on a course of antibiotics for 5 months and then subsequently contracted a nasty GI virus. The virus lasted 2-3 days and i was fine after that for 2 weeks...then all of a sudden...
  17. Hi- I was wondering how you can be absolutely sure candida has been eliminated from your gut. I tested at a +2 on a stool culture (which is considered light) and was on a anticandida regimen for 3 months and pumped myself full of probiotics. im not sure if thats what caused my leaky gut but i would like to think my system is balanced out now. anyone have...
