    I am new at this too and learning....i have read and tried Tinkyada pasta...It was very good....also I got a tip about a bakery in Culver City, Ca.... I went there last Sunday...the entire bakery is gluten free...a little pricey but the stuff is terrific. The best soft bread sticks I have EVER had...and she makes chocolate zucchini muffins that are to die...

    Great info from all...thank you.....I am navigating pretty well...I think...but this seems to take up so much of my attention right now. I will definately seek out that bakery in culver city....it is some distance but that is why god made freezers...I will stock up! Have not yet lookin into a support group but am sure I will once the "adjustment" is accepted...

    I am newly diagnosed too and confused about almost everything.....Can any of the "pro's" tell me if A-1 sauce is safe...it seems like the ingrediants are ok but I am almost afraid to stray form the basics...meat, veggies and potatoes.

    I was diagnosed less than a week ago and decided that MY house would be the best place for the family for Thanksgiving. This way I can control what and how things are cooked......I am overwhelmed by what needs to be learned, I will make different stuffing, gravy, and desert for myself and keep it seperate from the rest. Does it matter what kind of turkey...

    My doctor called Thurs. and told me they found celiac sprue after doing a biopsy and sent me Friday for the bloodwork.....I think this is backwards but whatever stops the pain! Can you have sprue without having the disease? I went shopping today and ended up in the grocery store for 2 hours......I think they were ready to hire me
