    I'd recommend you go off dairy also. Many of those who are gluten intolerant are also lactose and/or casein intolerant. It took me a year and a half for me to heal. Once you've healed you'll be able to go back on dairy items. Suzanne

  6. Something that has worked for me is boiling a free range chicken, just de-bone and put in a plastic bag int he refrigerator. When you get home at night, you have your protein already made. Premake your salads too. chop carrots, celery, lettuce, etc. put each in a plastic bag. Then when you get home make your own salad bar type salad.
