    I have had an insatiable appetite for a couple of years now, I think. I want to eat all the time. Even when I know I can't be hungry!! It's a constant struggle to resist.     I have a granddaughter and a great grandson that had negitive results in their blood tests for celiac. She suffers so from eczema ( think more likely Dermatitis Herpetiformis ).     My information was formed while I was cook at a nursing home for 14 years. We used it as a suppliment for people that were undernourished. So guess that definitely does fit us celiac's. I stand corrected .
