    There is a product on the market called Eload, it is completely gluten free, so is there emmend. These are electrolyte balancers and help with rehydration for high intesity sports. Very much recommended.

EAS has confirmed that their protein 100% protein blend is gluten free and relatively inexpensive compared to most other brands on the market today - including the leading brands.     Keep in mind your fats are ok, as long as they are good fats coming from a good source. You don't want to go tooooooo low in fat.

I'm looking into Iso-Pro and Iso-Lean to be certain that they too are gluten free and taste considerable better and less expensive.   13. Stear clear of proteins that contain glutamine peptides as in most cases they are derived from wheat. Your top quality proteins such as isolates still have peptides in them and are therefore not gluten free. Be cautious with weight gainers also. I'm researching protein powders to be sure they are safe enough for people with Celiac Disease.
