My daughter was glutened. We think it was in chocolate fudge, maybe imitation vanilla, hard to tell at this point. I looked up BRAT diet, like you said: banana, applesauce, rice and tea. Hi Donna Mae, My understanding is if you are gluten free and someone in your house uses hand lotion and touchs door handles, etc you can be glutened.
