    ARCHIVED Melatronin

Are you lactose intolerant? The melatonin brand I just got from my pharmacy contains lactose, maybe yours does too.
  2. bump, i would also like to know this
  3. I would like to know if someone is aware of other factors that can cause anxiety-symptoms or worsen anxiety-symptoms OTHER THAN: Vitamin B12-deficiency Food intolerances Cross Contamination And also, things that can help with the anxiety, thanks in advance
  4. Does anyone here get anxiety from coffee?
  5. No problem man. While on the topic of fructose, everyone has a given threshold when it comes to fructose, and its not uncommon for people with celiac disease to have a somewhat lower than normal threshold. When looking into this topic, be sure that you search for: fructose malabsorption / dietary fructose intolerance and NOT simply just "fructose intolerance...
  6. Recently I have become aware of other factors that might trigger glutening-alike-symptoms. For instance, by ingesting too much fat I will experience D and by overinduldging in carbs I sometime experience brainfog. Naturally this experience has compelled me to avoid such incidents, however, I would like to hear if anyone else have had similiar experiences...
  7. I do not react to corn
  8. Do you remember what the ingredients were?
  9. But it doesnt contain sorbitol..
  10. Anyone ever had this experience? I bought some Sublingual B12 from New Beginnings Nutritionals (Open Original Shared Link), 1-2 hours after taking the recommended dosage I got diarrhea. Thought it might be an odd coincidence, so I tried again the next day (with a smaller dosage), the same thing happened (with a somewhat smaller reaction). I find this...
  11. Anyone knows of a Sublingual B12 product without sorbitol in it? (that ofc includes mannitol aswell) THANK YOU!
  12. Wine (especially made from grapes)g usually contains ridiculus ammounts of fructose, which celiacs sometimes react to. It might be that wine is just above your threshold for fructose (my understanding is that everyone has a threshold for fructose, intolerant or not). Just throwing out an idea
  13. Wasn't quite sure where to post this, but here it goes. So I have the cutest rat ever, everytime I see him I want to pick him up, but every time that notion hits me all I can think of is gluten, it must be everywhere in his fur :\ So I'm wondering does anyone have some experience with rats on a glutenfree diet? What do I replace his food with? Obviously...
  14. Well, I don't eat them raw, they're just in the bread i buy, i've been tolerating decent amounts of fructose, my problems started when i started drinking A LOT of juices
  15. Bump (can't see my post anywhere)
  16. Alright, seems just about right to post this here. So without elaborating much on the details, im gonna go fructose-low for a couple of weeks to see if there's any improvement (celiac, lactose intolerant, glutenfree 10 months). So far im pretty sure what to eat and what to avoid, with the exception of Sunflower seeds. Does anyone know if these contain...
  17. I think too paranoid is when youre surfing and you see a picture of a sandwich, then you turn of your pc 'cause youre afraid to get CC'd. Jokes aside though, even though most of us will seem paranoid to "normal" people, we're just trying to protect ourselves eh
  18. Forgive my ignorance, but in what sort of products do you normally find cane sugar?
  19. Thanks for the response, anyone else?
  20. Bump
  21. Ok, so on two occasions now ive had this weird thing. What happens is that over 4-5 days my body seems to be "building up" to something. It starts at day 1 with odd stool activity, light color, very loose. Then after a couple of days it bursts out into full D, nausea, anxiety/panic and mood swings, then it takes a couple of days and im back to normal. Does...
  22. Well, to be honest, I have no idea how to check soaps/hand lotions and stuff like that, I tried mailing the producer once but never got an answer :\
  23. Aight so ive gotn glutened, apparently it's a small amount, only light d, anxiety, brain fog, and gas. But im going crazy over HOW i got glutened. The only likely scenario to me is food i ate that was prepared by others, but there was 1 week between that and me getting sick, could it be that my body uses this long to "detect" small ammounts of gluten?
