    Thank you all again so much. That is a fascinating (and horrifying) report about how small an amount of gluten is damaging. Frankly it makes me think it's too dangerous to even eat things like rice, quinoa and amaranth as at least here in the UK they are termed "gluten free" if they register less than 20ppm, which is clearly still way too high. I got a reply back from Enzymedica eventually about their most recent testing and it shows gluten as being undetectable at < 2.5ppm level, so it can't be gluten. My other query...

    I wondered about this as well and actually contacted Dr Borody's unit in Sydney that pioneered the whole approach. They said they do not treat celiacs with this, although did not confirm why this was.
