  1. Hello, I am new to the whole gluten free diet, but was diagnosed with celiac at around age 6. however i didnt stick to the diet. Now as I am retraining myself i have asked some of the same questions as you, and was told the best thing to do is to have new sponges, in your case it might be easier to label which one is for your "gluten free" dishes, that...
  2. Okay, since I am new to all this what are the brands of the gluten free cosmetics, shampoos, lotions that you use, and where did you find them. right now I am using vaseline brand, it hasnt cleared the dry skin spots, but its the only thing i can find that doesnt make them worse... 4. Hello, I have been gluten free for about 3 months, and only glutened on occasion by accident. I still have all the problems, still bloated, fatigued, BD, stomach pains all the good stuff. I too am losing hope, But I am going to try and cut out the dairy and see what happens. I know this healing process takes a long time though, so just stick with it. ...

  11. Hello My name is Jodi, I have been living with Celiac since I was well a toddler would be my guess. I was diagnosed at age 6, (dont know what tests were available, or if any testing was done). My mom put me on the gluten free diet and I improved. When I hit about 12 I started eating anything again, I was tired of being different, and didnt really understand...
  12. I had to think aobut it, and was a no, but when I really thought about it, i took into account the future, and if there were something like that out there, I would try it so that if my children(when i have them) were to have celiac, maybe they could have a little more options on what they could eat.
  13. I cannot see myself being the first guinea pig, but the sencond or third trial i would have to try it.

  15. Hi! I have never been to Vernal, That is where my boyfriends family is. Im hoping they will at least have some sort of health food store, so I can get the basics. 16. I would have to be put down as a YES. A person only lives once, so why should I have to be put on a restricted diet for the rest of my life?? I would totally try it. It wouldnt be used all the time, just on occasions where we were going out, or over to someones house. And if someone doesnt do the secondary trials how will there ever be something to fix it...
  17. Hi Liz, It snowed here from about 3pm till sometime in the middle of the night, I was excited to get out of work early! I am always freezing, even if its 80 degrees, if the window is down in the car, i...
  18. Staci, Sounds like you just hit my life story, I was grossly skinny, My family would make fun of my, when we were camping, they would tell me not to about being eaten by wildlife, they would say the bear would use me as a toothpick..just little things like that, then in jr high, we had a party because i actually broke 100 lbs....i didnt gain weight until...

  20. Joe Thank you for the reply, I am trying really hard to stick to the diet, it just seems like some gluten sneaks in somewhere, I figured out that part of it is from the rice cakes, i was eating quaker, and couldnt figure out why i was felling horrible the other day, I think I was CCed. so I am switching to the Lundberg brand. I found them online. I do...
  21. Thank You soo much, I am going to try amazon dot com. It seems to me that the west coast is alot better off than the east, when I lived in washington there was a whole bunch of places to shop, Here in fayetetville, i am limited to Mediteranian stores, and most of there stuff isnt in english, so its a little hard to get what I need. But I am struggling through...

Hope Ya'll enjoy your MC D's, I personally React to everything at Mcdonalds, I think its just me, so i dont eat there, or any fast food place anymore, they all make me sick, could just be a personal thing and not the celiac, but the feeling i get is the same as when i do get glutened. Happy Eating!
