    Hi and welcome What popped out at me when I read your message, and you being gluten free, that that you may have an allergy to corn. Corn will do the same thing to your duodenem (sp) as gluten does. Many with celiac, will have problems with gluten, corn, soy, and milk. Hugs Gerri

    This is only after the first bread. My control severe sleep apnea jumped into overdrive last night. This morning I woke with severe pain in my right liver area, lots and lots of gass. Only one bread I guess it's going to get crazy here. Hugs Gerri

    Hi I can't give blood anymore because my iron went very low. Normal for iron was I believe between 11-15, I was told this many years ago and the levels could have changed.
