  1. I too found that heat helps. I have a wrap that has inserts you can place in the microwave. It is great. I also have found that if I can stand getting out of bed, putting my feet in a warm foot bath helps. Your feet affect so many parts of your body, maybe that is why. I also use lavander and vanilla essential oils to calm me down. I am always overwhelmed...
  2. I always used Veggie Shreds. But, upon a closer look it has a lot of artificial ingredients. My husband will even eat it though and he is picky!
  3. My family has always taken it when we feel ill or run down. It helps us battle cold and canker sores too. The doctors gave us all these fancy perscriptions for cold sores, but my mom and I found L-Lysine works the best. It is a miracle worker for me!
