I don't think you should share your opinions on Celiac concidering you do not have it and are not interested in knowing if you do.Go ahead and eat gluten free if that floats your boat...but do not post on this website! it is for people who are sick, not ones who choose to eat gluten free!   3. I had a huge problem with wine at this "chain" winery. I have drunk wine all my life and have never ever had that before! I was sick for 2 days!!! Now I am afaid to drink any wine. My girlfriend and I take in all the Michigan wineries every summer and I am deathly afaid now!
