It has only been 3 days gluten free for my children. They have been more energetic and smily at times. However today they are slumping. Is it natural for this to happen? Does the metabolism finally working cause weather like changes in children? What elae can I expect?

I know that there was gluten in Soy. Is that still true in 2008. With the new law, does it mean the wheat or gluten must be on label or are there loop wholes like if malt stated, are we required to know that it contains gluten and does it still or are they now making from corn? I am going shopping tomorrow and want to be sure. I do not want to make any mistakes... -
In the last month I got sick after chopmeat. I dont's know if it is because of my leaky gut or is there gluten in the die that makes the meat so read. As an exfarmer I know the true color of meat. My wife insists on buying chopmeat that looks extrmely red because to her it looks fresher. Can anyone chime in on this? I also after eating this and acidic items...

Even though my family should bo gluten free, my wife is resisting. Anyway I got wacked somewhat even though gluten free. My som ate this big bowl of bake ziti next to me and I accidently used his napkin. My wife also kissed me after eating. I have read how sensitive we are to this. Is is that sensitive? If you mean it makes gurgle noise or seems active yes. Depending on how long on gluten free diet it could be repairing it self. One of the items that I enjoy and happen to have in stock is Hormel Chili. I called to double check and is Gluten free. However I noticed if I eat too much I get a bubbly or percolator feeling in my stomach area. Has anyone ever experienced exactly what I am feeling and is this normal? Can anyone help with what every day foods with brand names if possible I can eat and drink. I been trying to stay gluten free. I was just drinking Gatorade and felt funny. I have been on glutn free diet for 7 days now, except for eating rice crispies which has malt and found out after the fact. My GI gave me Dicyclomine (relaxes intestine) and Aciphex. Is anyone familiar with these and if so, do any of these meds present a conflict with recovery? In anycase I am improving but it appears there is a ways to go. -

I recently started eating a non-gluten diet. One item ia Rice crispies. On the ingrediants it states has malt in it. Is this safe. I researched and found it is made from cereal grains. Is this just a type of sugar for flavor or is this a no no and is not recommeded to eat. -

I just had a biopsy 4 days ago. I was asleep the whole time and never felt a thing. No side affects at all. You will be woosey for a very short while. The hardest part which realy is not to bad is the special diet the day before and drinking the solution to clean you out. -

From reading I noticed a lot of members say to stay away from milk and sugar. Does this hinder recovery? I have been eating rice based cearals, canned vegy's,yogurt,chicken and meat.
