I have trouble keeping weight on. I've lifted weights for seven years. I lost muscle and felt like hell. I stick with beef, eggs *chicken itself seems to tear me up*, AVACADOS! *they're high in calories and great with nuts, dried cherries and agave to make it a bit sweet* Bananas Nut butters! Great soruce of protien and fat. Better than just nuts...

I've been lactose intollorant for 14 years. Everytime I've tasted cow's milk, I taste metal. Obviously, it's more reason to avoid milk products.

That's the kind of Doctor I want. One that realizes that YOU know your body. And that you have the ability and TIME to research your own issues and hand them to the Dr. for guidance. I'm not diagnosed yet. But I've been taking 5-HTP for about five years. I can't see me giving it up either. I have had times where I've been able to quit taking it for months at a time. But when I get stressed enough....that's what I take. It helps me think before I act. -

I'm kind of new. I've been reading a great deal on this site. I'm seeing that many have posted about Rice Dream not being gluten free. My carton of organic Rice Dream rice milk and the web site both say that it IS gluten free. I believe they've concluded that gluten free would be good for business. Just thought I'd share.
