  5. Hi there! I baked my first batch of cookies today using my own recipe. I used betty Hagmans 3 flour recipe{rice, potatoe starch,& tapioca} and added zanthan. I used her flour cup for cup and they turned yummy. I couldn't tell the difference. They were chocolate chip by the way and sure were good especially since I haven't had any cookies for 2 1/2...
  6. Thank you all for your replys. I have tried the Tinkyada pasta and it is very good. I will try to eat less fruit as I didn't eat it before I went gluten-free I always thought that maybe my problem before was from eating fruit so I stayed away from it. Thanks again everyone. Sheryl

  8. Hi there! My hair has been falling out a lot too and it was fine to begin with. I think it's because our bodys are not absorbing the nutrients that they should. My Doctor said it could take as long as a year for my intestines to heal. Been gluten-free for 6 weeks. Hang in there and try to eat a lot of protien as that is what hair is, all protien. Sheryl
