  1. Both myself and my 5 year old have celiac disease, and I have found that having a pancke style mix in the fridge is really handy. It keeps for well over a week. I have a sandwich press that I use to make the pancakes on (takes about 20 seconds) then I use it like a wrap or a lebanese kebab with whatever filling I am in the mood for. My little girl loves...
  2. Hi, I'm really sorry you are having such a hard time, this has never happened to me. I never had any symptoms and was only diagnosed because I decided to get tested after my grandmother my mother and my sister all found out they had celiac disease. We put her on a gluten-free diet, which helped a bit but has not stopped the diarrhoea, we have recently gone to another doctor who told us that a lot of food intolerances work in groups (his words) and...
  7. I have a real family history of celiac disease with my grandmother mother and sister all sufferers. We have a great doctor who knows lots about this problem. There is one thing I will reccomend that you do before going to see your doctor and that is to introduce small amounts of gluten into your diet. This is to ensure that your body is reacting to it...
