    I've also had an issue with something like this - my guy is not gluten free and he still enjoys his beer and bread every day. Would beer on his lips be an issue? When we're out in groups it's not exactly easy to ask him to go brush his teeth to kiss me.

    I've found that sprouted corn tortillas are much more supple than the normal corn tortillas.     I know that Caesin, a natural ingredient in milk products, has the same structure as Gluten and some people start having reactions to Caesin after being a GFer for a while b/c your body sees it as gluten and treats it as such. Do you react to other milk or cheese products, goat or cow? It might be something to check into.

    I would assume the tacos would be safe assuming they are using corn. You could always ask to see the box they come in if you want, too.     My underlying theory on this whole topic is this: If you go gluten-free for X amount of time and you feel like doing cartwheels, or your variation thereof, then when you go back to the dark side you feel badly.
