    Hi - we're new to the gluten intolerant world too! A lovely lady told me about Tom Sawyer gluten free flour. You have to order it online. Its awesome.     Hi Jason- Even with fiber you want to be careful. I read somewhere that Benefiber is actually a wheat derivative. So instead of helping it actually ends up causing more of a problem. The Kids Folks
