    I would definitely say yes! It can change a childs behavior, demeanor and sleep very quickly! Kids don't always have words to let you know that they aren't feeling well when they are eating gluten and then act out because their little bodies are hurting.     Yummy! I just had to try this! I too was suprised that it worked. I totally loved the texture. It kindof reminded my of this homemade bread that my mom would make when I was a kid.     I totally agree with you on being able to sleep much better. I started having insomnia when I was pregnant with DD, I truly never slept a full night since then and she is now almost 5yrs.     We were at our in-laws and I was reading a magazine ad for Quaker Rice Cakes, (sorry I don't have the magazine or the ad, its at MIL's).
