  1. what kind of foods do you eat??? My problem is also that many things contain contain gluten. I have ingested soups, which contain gluten and more. I probably need to eat more period. I am just afraid half the time of food period now.

  6. Don't eat it.. Millet Allergies are more severe than wheat allergies. I am afraid to try buckwheat now too.. My mind tells me to avoid experimenting with any new grains. Rice Flour and Chestnut flour are my friends...lol

  12. I love german spaetzle or little sparrow dumplings sooooooooooo much. Last night I tried making this pasta with rice flour, which was an absolute disaster...... I made them with bob red mill's all purpose baking flour and it worked What is the best flour for dumplings????????????
