I don't think the tacos & hamburgers were really worth it in the end.. I think..I have put my health back 2 months, because I ate the food. This lifestyle is miserable and the foods lacks something really... Never eat gluten, if possible....

I use special gloves, when I wear them... They have these purple gloves, which are non-latex. At the moment, I forget the brand.

	mmm.. It is a sad thought... Celiac disease & the gluten free diet can be rather expensive... Maybe, someone should start a celiac foundation for the poor... I can't imagine what is worst??? Starving or Eating gluten and getting painfully sick...
