  2. I have only been gluten free for 1 week... are the chances high that I am going to get intense stomach pains from having gluten again? I am a little nervous.... Also... how long before the biposy do you think I should have gluten for?
  3. I asked a question about substituting gluten-free flour for regular flour in a forum yesterday and someone responded with a link to her page...Open Original Shared Link and said her product is great... Strength training can help promote healthy bones and it fights against osteoporosis. Hopefully it will put some weight on you as well.

Before being diagnosed my symptoms were...

  13. I don't know.. I was just diagnosed a few days ago and I have read up on a lot of websites that it is very easy to gain weight on the gluten free diet due to your body suddenly absorbing everything and the high sugar content in all the foods. I am very healthy concious and I am very concerned that I will gain weight on this diet because I am also hypothyroid...
  14. I have been having bad stomach problems since last January... I am a hypoglycemic, I have hypothyroidism and I get terrible migranes... so I see a neurologist, an endocrinologist and a gastro.... No one could figure out what the stomach pains linked to.
