Update: My wife stopped at the Bruno's Grocery store in Gulf Shores today and said they had a small section of Gluten Free items. She said they also had some of the items on sale. -

Just to touch up on the Piggly Wiggly. I live in Foley and got a flier that advertised they had a Gluten Free section now. Next time I was shopping I hit the pig up. The section is rather small at the moment. I did however let the manager of the store know I was thankful of them setting up a gluten free section. Hopefully you can see this before you get to Gulf Shores. I live in Foley just north of there. There are several chains in the area that offer Gluten Free menus. Outback, Lonestar Steak House, Chik-fil-A are a few. As for the local mom and pop style places I'm still finding out myself. I just found out I have celiac last week. Just call before hand and ask...
