  2. Hi, Just wondering if the primary symptom for anyone was (after a gluten free diet) or is brain fog / fatigue. This is pretty much the #1 issue for me, I do get bloating and nonstandard toilet movements but it really is the brain fog and tiredness which is the issue.   3. I'm sort of experiencing the same, at times I thought it can't be gluten as I was getting the same symptoms but I guess it takes time for your body to both adjust and heal. Re. Momma Goose - I never even considered non-food items and small scale cross contamination, can a gluten intolerance be that sensitive? Was that your experience?

  6. Agree with you there, I also had a gut of steel and ate all the rubbish of the day without problems. I guess it just caught up with me! On the bright side I'd rather be finding this out now so I can turn things around earlier, it's great to see a place where I can see people discussing this - it's almost taboo in social circles, whilst friends are happy...
