  1. And all of these foods that are mentioned are GLUTEN FREE?????????????
  2. I also use the hair conditioner for shave cream. It works great.
  3. Could the whole dairy thing be causing the problems....my doctor told me to stay away from dairy being gluten intolerant?
  4. I too am new to gluten free and did not know this. Shocked I am.........I have been living off of gluten free pasta. Maybe this is why my head doesn't feel much better????????
  5. Thank you so much everyone. I was back to the Dr. 2 days ago and she said I misunderstood her and that my Homocysteine was low. She did all of my blood work over again and is checking my B 12 also. She said I will need my blood checked about 2 to 3 times a year. Say's I'm gluten intolerant which supposedly goes hand in hand with IGA deficient and should...
  6. Walmart sells B12 sublinguals. I found them there yesterday. They had 2500 mcg. gluten-free, soy free and more free.
  7. All of my test were negative but I have the same problem with my left side also. It's also my ring and pinky finger but my whole left side has tingling, numbness and pain. Can't help you, just wanted you to know you're not alone. Hope gluten-free works for you. I'm still waiting after gluten-free for a total of 2 weeks........was a month but had to eat...
  8. Hello Everyone, I have written a few post re: celiac or not, blood and biopsy negative but possible intolerant. Losing my Vit. D and IGA deficient. My question is: What is Homocysteine, Nutritional too much. I am not deficient. I have am higher than normal and my Dr. said she did not know what it meant. She said she knew what deficient was but did...
  9. I was on vacation and tried a different bottle of water and had the same experience. I got very sick. From then on..........I stuck with the bottle that didn't cause me any reactions. I hope your girlfriend is feeling better. Maybe she could find a bottled water that suits her belly and use that at your home.
  10. You're so sweet......helping others when you are hurting too. I wish you all better. I am taking meds for the depression but still don't want to go out. It will be okay though. I will stick to the gluten-free diet and see how much better I get and go from there. Congrats on the Movie. I'm so glad you were able to go. I will give all of this time to...
  11. Thank you so much for the information. My doctors are done now that they say I do not have Celiac. I am sticking with the diet. I just ordered Cecelia's Marketplace gluten-free casein and soy free due to them being sold out everywhere for gluten free and dairy. Their finishing up on their 2009 2010 additions. It just makes me wonder if I should stop...
  12. I was previously told I had a Stroke untill seeing the Neurologist. An EEG states possible seizures in Left Temporal Lobe with pain and sensitivityand migraines on that side, depression, severe neurological problems, numbness and tingling at different parts of my body but most of the time on left side, constipation and more. So I guess it's not worth going...
  13. Thank you for all of your answers. Which leads me to.......What is the difference in being gluten intolerant and Celiac? Is there NO damage done to your organs if you are only intolerant? Besides the fact that it makes me sick and all kinds of other stuff.
  14. I tested negative to Celiac with blood testing and biopsy. Will having the food allergy testing help me to know for sure if I am gluten intollerant? Are there questions I should be asking? I called to schedule an appointment and it was like a test. They couldn't understand why I wanted to come. I told them all of my symptoms, history and she still said...
  15. Wake up and start fresh tomorrow. I hear lots of water too.
