    I don't know if this would be a faster possible route in Canada or not, but this sounds like possible dermatitis herpetiformis - a skin manifestation of celiac disease.     I photo'd her rash. They are the actually the best photos I've ever taken one of her rash outbreaks with my phone. I know that might sound goofy, but I've been trying to get a decent photo of these random rash outbreaks for over a year. They really don't photo well.
