  10. You are about to be shocked...about every thing made by Tootsie Roll is gluten-free!! Check their website and look at nutrition facts they say (In letters bigger than that sugar ant crawling down your sidewalk) what's gluten free!!!! Awesome, I know.

  13. For lunch I will put quinoa and chicken ( I can't think vegitarian....broccoli may taste good though) in a soup container and I will drink water and honestly, I can't seem to stray from my Sugar Babys.

You can make a very good apple sauce thats gluten free by taking 2 apples (with or without skins, I like the latter though) boiling them in a cup of water until they turn slightly brown then add a tablespoon of cinnamon. Boil the apple/cinnamon mixture stirring occasionaly until apples are mushy then smash with a potato smasher (whatever those are called...
  17. Hey BTW, if you loooove rootbeer,coke or other beverages that use caramel coloring, you may be getting "glutened" through that. Gluten is sneaky and should never be trusted
  18. This book is great! She tells you a whole bunch of gluten derivitives and where to find them. She also gives a card which you can make copies of and tell your waiter to give to the chef.
