  1. I'm in the same boat..my son is starting kindergarten next week. The teacher is very open and is actually changing products and cleaning all the play-doh toys. She gets high school students in her room before school starts to help her. This is what I have found... ok..I can't add the link I guess I need to figure that out. But go to Discount School...

  7. Yummy! Sounds good. I will try this with my 3 1/2 year old. Mac and cheese is something he's really missing. I also like the ideas of "hiding" veggies...he does not likes any veggies.
  8. We went away this past weekend for Thanksgiving, and I found it very hard to stop and eat with DS (3.5) We did bring some things for him to hold him over snacks and drinks. We are traveling again in December to Hamilton Ontario...looking for tips and suggestions. Thanks a bunch
  9. I'm very interested to hear this, because the med student that was with the ped the first time gluten-free diet and celiac disease came up she said he has to have diarrhea as an indicator!! I'm finding that's not always the case.

  11. My son is 3.5. I'm curious to find out how long it took you to notice a difference. My son also has a speech delay so he can't communicate is needs very well.   15. Newbie help.... So I went to the grocery store today without kids!! Very rare!! I printed off a list of foods to avoid I wanted to make sure that I'm reading everything right.   16. Thank you very much We are travelling south for Thanksgiving. My inlaws are in the Guelph area. I have been looking online and there are a few really good health food stores in the Guelph area. I think Sick Kids have a store as well, I've never been in it. We will be traveling again in December so we may stop in there.

  21. That's the amazing thing that I've found out...there are actually some very easy meals to make without going overboard. I'm also amazed about how much information there is online...some overwhelming some very helpful.
  22. So..here we go. We are starting Thursday, Thursday because testing is being done on Wednesday. He will be tested again in 6 months. My main concern is bread...all I have heard is how hard the bread is because of rice flour making everything very hard. We do have a very good health food store near where I live, and a grocery store about a 40min drive...

  24. We've done many many testing and I'm sure this one was one of them. I'll call next week when his office comes back from vacation. I've just heard and read stories of just like your son...testing coming back negative but still having many symptoms. He has asthma and is on many meds for that...reflux on meds for that....constipation on meds for that....
